staying connected

We committed to building personal relationahips with our all of our partners through various avenues of connection.

Newsletters

• We ask our renewal partners and individuals to send their ministry updates to the Justice and Outreach Board at justiceoutrech@realitysf.com
• We ask that our partners sign up for our newsletter to remain connected to what's going on in the life of our church by visiting realitysf.com/welcome

Check ins

• Formal Check Ins- The Missions Coordinator and board will be responsible for meeting with representatives from our partner organizations once a year and our missionaries 2 times a year.
• Informal Check Ins- Missionaries and partner representatives are always welcome to reach out to the Missions Coordinator or a mission board member to request a meeting.
• Reality Events- The Missions Coordinator and board may host additional events thought the year to connect (ie.. appreciation dinners, socials or trainings)
• Partner Events- The Missions Coordinator and board may wish to attend the events of our partners to support them and further connect.

Keeping track

With our partners potentially meeting with different board members throught the year, we have shared forms to log our meetings and inculde notes about ministry updates.

Promotion

We offer highlights and promotion for our partners through spotlighting their ministries in our newsletter and sharing about upcoming events and volunteer opportunities with our church.
