After delibaeration and prayer the board decides weather they are ready to make a unanimous decison to start a new partnerhip or if they need more time/information to consider.

If the board decides to start a new partnerhip, they follow up by communicating their decision to the new partner and informing our finacial team. The new partner or indivudual is sent a welcome packet explaining the terms or our partenrhip and requesting information for the bio.

If for some reason, the organization or individual desiring partnerhip with reality is not a good fit, the bord will commmunicate this decision to them in a thoughtful and kind manner.
