Meet and pray

Most of the time, when a Missionary is tranistioning off, they will reach out to request a meeting with the Missions Coordinator or a board member. At this meeting, you will learn about their plans and pray for them, blessing their new endevor and thanking them for their partnership.

MIA or cause for concern

In some cases, people do not inform Reality staff or the mission board of changes that would cause their support to stop. It is the responibility of the Missions Coordinator and board to investigate such instances. For organizations, we may have to dicontune partnership in the event of a cause of concern.
