The Mission Team uses an email application called Front so that we can all share and collaborate in one email inbox. All communications must be sent from missionteam@realitysf.com (not your personal email) for transparency and tax compliance.
All new members of the Mission Team need to install the app on their desktop (if you use Slack it’s quite similar) and on their phones. This is essential for collaboration and rapid response to urgent situations.

- See everyone's email (yes, we have full transparency into every case – this also means full support 100% of the time)
- Use a group chat function to get feedback on emails from board members and other Allies
- Assign email conversations (“cases”) to a particular team member
- Collectively approve care recommendations
- Automatically adds case details and keep record of emails in Salesforce (keeps us in compliance with 401c3 requirements)

1. You’ll receive an email invite via Benevolence. Click through and start signing up WITH YOUR PERSONAL EMAIL
2. Download Front on your DESKTOP AND MOBILE PHONE
